Once submitted, orders will be processed and delivered unless you contact us to specify otherwise. You must contact us by our deadline, midnight Wednesday to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us via email or phone. Cancellations & changes after our deadline can usually not be accepted.

Order Deadline for Friday/Saturday deliveries
is 12 midnight Wednesday.
Orders placed after the deadline are usually automatically processed the following Friday & Saturday but please contact us if you are late or in case of emergency. We are always happy to help.
Receiving the Orders and Deliveries
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order. A follow up email will be sent to all customers, confirming delivery day & estimated 2-3 hour time frame. If you are not home to receive your order we will leave it in a shady spot near your front door unless you specify otherwise. If you have ordered dairy or other items that require refrigeration, please ensure you are home to refrigerate these items or leave a cooler & ice pack at your door. We are unable to accept responsibility for spoiled goods due to overheating. All effort will be made to contact you if we are unable to either locate or enter a gated premise, however, if you have supplied us with an incorrect phone number/address and/or are unable to give us entry at time of delivery, you will still be charged for you order.
Complaints & Quality Issue
While we always try to deliver fresh and high quality produce, the quality and the level of ripeness of fruit and vegetables will vary. Please inspect the produce in your delivery on the day it arrives and send us pictures if you find any quality issues.
We are happy to refund items if you find a serious quality problem on the day you receive it or the next day.
However, we can not refund produce which goes off with time, like fruit. Especially after 36 hours.
But please report any case, so we can learn for the future.
Non Availability of Goods
We strive to stock all items listed on our website. Due to the seasonality and scarcity of organic produce there are times where items become unavailable or we do not receive them. If this is the case, you will not be charged / you will be refunded for missing items or they will be substituted if you selected the option on the checkout page.
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.
Credit Card payments: Payment will be charged to your credit card. Refunds or amendments will be processed within 3 business days after delivery.
Direct Bank Transfer is only available for approved customers. Please make your payment directly into our bank account within 5 days of delivery.
Please note: The previous Pre-Authorisation payment system has been replaced by an normal upfront payment with refunds processed within 3 business after you have received your order.
